Our Guarantee to You

If you're not satisfied with your seafood, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We’ll offer an in-store credit toward a future purchase.

To help us better understand the issue, we may ask for photo documentation of the product or request its return before issuing a replacement or credit.
